540 West Madison features a luxuriously landscaped sixth floor rooftop garden available 10:00 am – 4:00 pm May through September for building occupants.

Building occupants can enjoy a full service 800-seat food court on the second level of the building. Employees may also utilize the conference and catering center on the 23rd floor for special meetings and events.

Private events can be held for holidays and private functions for building occupants. Areas available for private functions include: 23rd floor Conference Center, 800-seat food court on the 2nd floor and the 6th floor rooftop garden complete with power/data/voice capabilities suitable for large gatherings. There are four Bank of America ATM’s located at 540 West Madison.

540 West Madison features two parking areas: a two-level, 271-car in building parking facility for building occupants and 127 surface level parking spots on the west side of the building for tenants and visitors. Starbucks is situated at the corner of Washington and Clinton.

Shoe shine service is available in the Washington lobby, situated in the ground floor retail corridor.

Corporate Concierge offers a variety of services to building occupants, including special events planning, gift services and ticket procurement.
